A Great Atlantic and Hot Spring Spa Customer For Life
I already owned a spa from the manufacturer of Hot Spring Spas. When I decided to replace my existing spa by moving it from my primary home to my rental property, I knew I wanted the best spa made, so I purchased the Grandee with the Ace system. Hal came out to do backyard consultation to finalize my selection. He noticed a blemish on my current spa. I just wanted the blemish to be repaired and I would be happy. Hal took it upon himself to inquire with the manufacturer about the blemish. I was pleasantly surprised when Hal called to inform me the manufacturer approved the replacement of my spa under warranty. I replaced my old spa with a Hot Spring Vanguard including the Ace system. What a great warranty! I am a Great Atlantic spa customer for life!

I just wanted to drop you a line and let you know how much I have enjoyed shopping at Great Atlantic in Yorktown. I found Brian and Sandie to be polite, knowledgeable and friendly. Your store has the best spa floor display in the area and I have been everywhere. From when I shopped around you clearly have the highest quality spas.

With that and the "no pressure" atmosphere, I'm not shopping anywhere else. The professional but "down home" feeling I always get when I stop-in keeps me coming back again and again. It's unusual in this day and time to find a store that provides such personal service. Brian and Sandie really make a good team. I never get that "used car salesman" feeling of competition that the other spa stores suffer from. It's nice to go into a store where you feel relaxed. I was getting so tired of having to fend off slick sales pitches. All I can say is "I am glad I found you guys".
